What is a Power Tea...

"Tea Bombs” have become one of the trendiest things over the past year, with shops popping up all over North America. These shops will charge around 10 dollars for a cold tea offering benefits like ENERGY and GUT HEALTH. These teas are made using high-priced items from a very popular MLM.

I love the taste of these teas but have recently been woken up to what is really in them. When “aloe” is not the first ingredient in drinkable aloe and instead the first ingredient is maltodextrin, you begin to dig deeper. I follow SilverLiningLessons on TikTok, and she does an amazing job at making “dupes” – low-cost versions of these popular Tea Bombs, using ingredients that are money-savvy and are pretty accessible. The recipes in this ebook will cost about $1 - $1.50/recipe to make at home.

This philosophy inspired me to do the same, but put my spin on it. From this, Power Teas was born! Why the name Power Teas? Because not only will you have a great energy boost and the benefits of aloe (digestive and metabolic support), but have all of the amazing benefits offered by SipFit (hydration at a cellular level, recovery, and more).
